41 King features one of Waterloo Region's finest culinary establishments, The Berlin, as well as premier office space in the heart of Kitchener's cultural district. This 12,000 sf heritage designated building is the last intact example of Neo-Romanesque architecture in downtown Kitchener, featuring rustic stone lintels and elaborate mouldings on the exterior. Inside, the building has soaring ceilings and exposed brick walls and wood structure.
